Once your payment is received, you will be emailed the account information at Godaddy.com where you will make all the changes to the accout as you wish.  You can then change the password and contact information to your name/account at Godaddy.This takes about 5 minutes.   It usually takes between 5 to 7 business days for the domain name to be transfered to the "who is". The name will be yours and no way for anyone to remeove it.
